Yugi has been separated from Yami/Atem after Season 2 (following the Ceremonial Duel), but has matured enough that he now looks and sounds like he did while he was being possessed by the Pharaoh. He currently tends his grandfather's Game Shop and helps run the Royal Flush Arcade with Joey and Mai.
